US Duct was great to work with. The design process was simple and they took the time to get everything dialed in for our shop. The 3D drawings made reviewing the ducting design very easy. Incorporating an inline separator to our dust systems has been a production saver. The large 2-yard hopper fills up at the same pace as our collector 1-yard dump bin, so we are getting a 2:1 ratio of pre-filtering and 3 full yards of waste between stoppages to empty! It's been a fantastic product addition to our portfolio.

The product, for the most part, has been exceptional. If we have had problems, they have been addressed and we have had satisfactory refunds when required. There was a time when the seals in the clamps was of poor quality. We returned them and received a better product. The online tools and software that produces DuctQuote are the best in the business. Hopefully, this relationship will remain strong and fruitful for both parties.

Working with US Duct is easy to say the least. Not only do we have all the tools to do everything ourselves, but we are also able to get their help with getting stuff together. I can send over a parts list or napkin sketch and get a quick quote sent back to me. US Duct makes dealing with the duct much more convenient which is why we do as much work with them as we do.
