Duct Points Loyalty Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Duct Points Loyalty Program (“Program”)—our way of giving you a high-five for doing duct business the right way. Whether you’re purchasing ductwork, engaging in training, or tagging us in a killer shop photo, we believe loyalty should pay off. These terms explain how the Program works—read 'em so you can earn and redeem like a pro.
1. Eligibility & Enrollment
- The Program is available to US-based companies purchasing directly from US Duct and their authorized employees.
- To join, users must sign up using the same email they use for Duct League (CoAssemble) training. Sign up here: us-duct.com/sign-up.
- Users must be approved by a US Duct Admin before they can earn or redeem points. Not all users will be eligible for approval, and each U.S. Duct admin reserves the right to blacklist users such as, but not limited to, competitors.
- Company ID (from invoices) must be updated in the user’s profile to earn points from purchases.
2. Earning Points
- Points (“Duct Points” or “DPs”) are earned through:
- Company Purchases: $1 spent = 0.5 DP, tracked through YTD sales uploads.
- Engagement Activities: Points earned from non-purchase-based actions (e.g., training, reviews, referrals) are tracked separately per user.
- US Duct reserves the right to determine what qualifies as a point-earning activity. Submission of proof (screenshots, forms) may be required. Points are not earned retroactively.
3. Redemption of Points
- Company points may only be redeemed by the designated Point of Contact (POC).
- Individual users may only redeem their personal engagement points.
- Redemption requests are subject to approval by US Duct and may take up to 30 days for processing.
- All redemptions are final. Points will not be reinstated once redeemed.
- US Duct makes no guarantees regarding the availability, value, or continuity of any reward or perk. Rewards are offered on an “as-available” basis and may change or be discontinued without notice.
4. Rewards & Tiers
- Tiers are determined by total points accumulated and reset annually.
- Rewards and benefits are subject to change at US Duct’s sole discretion without notice.
- Perks may include (but are not limited to) swag, training, or travel. Descriptions on the website or dashboard do not constitute binding offers.
5. Point Expiration & Reset
- All points and loyalty tiers will expire and reset on December 1, 2026, and annually on December 1 thereafter.
- Expired points cannot be reinstated.
6. Account Management
- You may review your balance, redemption history, and progress at us-duct.com/auth/dashboard.
- You are responsible for maintaining accurate information in your profile. Missing Company ID or mismatched email may result in forfeited points.
- Points discrepancies must be reported within 30 days.
7. Modifications & Termination
- US Duct may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:
- Modify, suspend, or terminate the Program.
- Adjust point values, eligibility, or activity rules.
- Revoke or deny points in cases of suspected fraud, error, abuse, or policy violation.
- Participation in the Program is not a contractual right and may be revoked at any time.
8. Limitations & Disclaimers
- Points have no monetary value and are not legal tender.
- Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or products outside the Program.
- US Duct is not responsible for lost, deleted, or unrecorded points due to user error, system issues, or third-party platform failures.
- Force Majeure: US Duct is not liable for failure to fulfill Program obligations due to events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, pandemics).
9. Indemnification & Dispute Resolution
- Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless US Duct, its affiliates, and employees from any claims arising from participation in the Program.
- Any disputes shall be resolved under the laws of North Carolina, and jurisdiction shall reside in the courts of Guilford County, NC.
