Micah McGee serves as Chief Financial Officer at US Duct, where he leads the financial strategy, operational development, and scalable growth of the company’s expanding family of U.S.-based industrial businesses. Since joining US Duct in 2022, Micah has brought a process-driven finance and operations background to US Duct.

As CFO, Micah plays a key role in strengthening the financial infrastructure, operational systems, employee support functions, and risk management processes that enable US Duct’s continued growth. His focus is on scaling the principles customers have historically relied on — quality products, responsive service, 24-hour quote turnaround, made-in-the-USA manufacturing, and the rock-solid US Duct Guarantee — while preserving the family-centric, entrepreneurial culture and responsiveness that define the company.

Before joining US Duct, Micah held finance and operations leadership roles including Vice President of Finance and Operations at Caring.com, where his responsibilities included capital raising, debt management, operational process improvement, and merger and acquisition modeling. His background in finance, operations, and systems development gives him a practical understanding of how strong internal infrastructure translates into better customer experiences and long-term business stability.

Brandy Newcomb serves as Vice President of Sales and Operations at US Duct, where she helps lead the customer-facing teams and internal processes that make US Duct known for responsive support, accurate quoting, and practical solutions for industrial ductwork and waste collection projects. She has been with US Duct since 2017 and brings a strong background in sales management, operations, team leadership, and customer service to her role.

At US Duct, Brandy plays a key role in aligning sales, quoting, customer support, and operations so dealers, engineers, contractors, plant managers, and facility owners can move projects forward with confidence. Mike Hansen serves as GM / Vice President of Fabrication & Manufacturing at US Duct, where he oversees the manufacturing operations, fabrication strategy, and production systems responsible for delivering high-performance industrial ductwork and air handling solutions across North America.

Since joining US Duct in 2015, Mike has played a key role in strengthening the company’s manufacturing capabilities, operational structure, and production scalability. He also serves in a leadership role with US Metal Crafters, US Duct’s sister fabrication company, helping drive advanced fabrication processes, operational efficiency, and manufacturing innovation across both organizations.

Mike’s background includes extensive experience in industrial manufacturing, including fabrication, machining, estimating, sales, production management, operations leadership, and general management. His hands-on foundation, combined with executive leadership experience, allows him to bridge strategy with execution — aligning engineering, production, scheduling, quality, and customer expectations into scalable manufacturing systems.

Mike is also actively involved in advancing manufacturing technology, automation, and AI-driven operational systems to improve quoting, production flow, scheduling, material management, and manufacturing efficiency. His focus on continuous improvement and scalable operational processes supports US Duct’s commitment to delivering high-quality products with speed, accuracy, and reliability.
