All purchases made through our website are subject to applicable state and local sales taxes based on the delivery address. We will automatically calculate and collect sales tax at checkout unless a valid tax exemption status is approved.
submission required
If you or your organization qualify for a sales tax exemption (e.g., resale, government, or non-profit status), you must submit a valid, fully completed, and signed tax exemption certificate to marketingops@us-duct.com.
prior approval
Your exemption documentation must be submitted, reviewed, and approved by US Duct be order. Please allow 2-3 business days for review. US Duct cannot guarantee retroactive sales tax refunds or credits on orders placed prior to documentation approval.
