• Whispurr models run on 1800 RPM (4-pole) motors, which run quieter and cooler. The reason the Whispur line is known for low-noise operation.

• Classic models run on 3600 RPM (2-pole) motors for high-speed, high-airflow collection.

Every motor in this range shares the same rugged severe-duty build: a heavy Grade 25 cast iron frame, bearing brackets, and conduit box; a totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) enclosure that seals out dust and moisture; NEMA Premium efficiency; Class F insulation; a 1.15 service factor rated to 40°C ambient; and oversized 300-series bearings on both ends for long, reliable service. 230/460V, 60 Hz.
