Manual Cut Off Half Gate
Like full gates, these are cast aluminum body units with galvanized or stainless steel blades that smoothly move in and out of the air stream to fully cut off or partially close air going to the duct so as to balance the system and direct the air.
A thumb screw allows the gate to be locked in any position. However these are designed to fit ONTO the duct once a slit for the blade has been cut. Once the unit has been aligned and screwed to the duct, the blade will move in and out of the air stream. Great for retro-fitting a system without removing duct.
Available in sizes to 18”.
