Operation Christmas Child: Chicken Stew & Shoebox Packing

Join US Duct on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, for our annual Chicken Stew Lunch and Operation Christmas Child shoebox-packing event in Archdale, NC.

We’re bringing customers, vendors, and our team together for good food, fellowship, and a meaningful cause. Enjoy our well-known homemade chicken stew, hot dogs with all the fixings, banana pudding, and peach cobbler before joining us to pack shoeboxes for children around the world.

Through Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child, each shoebox is filled with gifts such as small toys, dolls, school supplies, and soccer balls, along with a gospel message. These gifts bring joy and hope to children who might not otherwise receive a Christmas gift.

This year, US Duct is committed to packing 3,000 shoeboxes. Each box costs approximately $30 to fill and ship, bringing our total fundraising goal to nearly $90,000.

How You Can Help

Customers and vendors are welcome to join us for lunch and stay to help pack shoeboxes. Contributions are entirely optional. If you would like to support the mission financially, you can donate online through our Operation Christmas Child fundraising page, mail a check payable to US Duct to P.O. Box 109, Trinity, NC 27370, or ask your sales representative about contributing through a one-time order discount.
