Family Fun Day & 5k Turkey Trot Participation Terms

Event Date: November 15, 2025 

Location: Oak Ridge Town Park

By participating, I acknowledge that participation in Family Fun Day activities (including the 5K run/walk, games, face painting, consumables, and other attractions) involves risks of injury, illness, or property damage. I accept full responsibility for myself (and any minors under my care) and release the US-Companies (US Duct, US Metal Crafters, and US Enhanced) from any liability arising from participation. I understand I am responsible for my own medical costs if treatment is needed.

I agree to follow all event rules, act responsibly, and supervise children under my care. I consent to emergency medical treatment if necessary. I also grant permission for event photographs or videos including my image to be used for promotional purposes without compensation.

Food and drink may be provided during the event. I understand it is my responsibility to check for allergens and consume responsibly.
