Ball Joints

End dragging or kinked flex hose connections on cutter heads and other moving equipment by installing a Ball Joint. The base swivels a full 360 degrees, letting the hose move freely above the machine while airflow stays steady. It's the simple fix for flex hose that keeps binding, sagging, or wearing out where your equipment moves, and it pairs well with swivel joints for even greater range of motion.

Rolled-lip end that connects to Quick Clamp Clamp-Together Duct (CTD) using quick clamps and gaskets, while the hose side connects in minutes with a simple worm clamp (not included). Fast to set up, easy to adjust, and quick to take apart for cleaning or relocation.

Features

  • Rolled-lip end connects to Quick Clamp Clamp-Together Duct (CTD). The hose side uses a worm clamp (not included).
  • 360-degree swivel base lets flex hose move freely with your equipment

Floor Sweeps

Floor Sweeps remove debris from the shop floor wherever cleanup is needed. Just open the double-hinged door and sweep shop debris away. When you're done, the dust collection system's vacuum holds the door tightly closed to prevent system pressure loss. An integral “foot-push” tab allows hands-free operation, so you can keep sweeping while the door opens for you. Commonly known as a Floor Hood or Dust Nozzle, it's an easy addition to any dust collection setup.

Features

  • Double-hinged floor-level door held shut by system vacuum
  • Integral “foot-push” tab for hands-free operation
  • Rolled-lip ends connect to Quick Clamp Clamp-Together Duct (CTD)
  • 18-gauge galvanized steel
  • Tool-free clamp-together connection; no rivets, screws, or tape needed

Full Cut-Offs

Full Cut-Off Gates let you balance your system and direct airflow exactly where it's needed. The blade slides smoothly in and out of the air stream to fully cut off the air or partially throttle a duct, and a locking thumb screw holds it in any position from wide open to fully closed. It's the simple way to fine-tune suction across individual drops.

Durable cast-aluminum body with rolled-lip ends that connect to Quick Clamp Clamp-Together Duct (CTD) using quick-fit clamps and O-rings.

Features

  • Rolled-lip ends connect to Quick Clamp Clamp-Together Duct (CTD)
  • Tool-free connection for fast install and removal
  • Cast-aluminum body. Galvanzied steel blade.
  • Locking thumb screw holds the gate in any position
  • Blade smoothly slides to open, throttle, or fully close airflow

Hose Adapters

Hose Adapters connect your ductwork to flexible hose in dust, mist, and fume collection systems. One end is a raw end sized to the inside diameter (ID) of your hose, with an expanded bead knurled onto the adapter. That bead keeps the hose from sliding off and gives you roughly 2 inches of adjustability to fine-tune the fit. It's a fast, reliable way to transition from rigid duct to flex hose, and just as easy to take apart for cleaning or relocation.

Features

  • Rolled-lip end connects to Quick Clamp Clamp-Together Duct (CTD)
  • Worm clamp secures the hose (not included)
  • 24-gauge in 3-inch, 22-gauge in larger sizes
  • Approximately 2 inches of adjustability on the hose end

Radial Arm Saw Hoods

Keep your shop cleaner and safer with a Radial Arm Saw Hood, an industrial ventilation fitting built to pull sawdust, chips, and fine particulate straight from the blade path of radial arm and beam saws. It directs high-velocity airflow tightly around the saw blade to trap heavy debris before it becomes an airborne hazard, and it unclips just as easily for cleaning, reconfiguration, or relocating your setup.

Features

  • Rolled-lip end connects to Quick Clamp Clamp-Together Duct (CTD)
  • Tool-free assembly, cleaning, and reconfiguration
  • 18-gauge galvanized steel body with 22-gauge collar
  • Reduces airborne dust hazards around heavy machinery
